They say God’s timing is perfect—and our story is proof.

Though we were family friends from way back, life took us in different directions… until December 2023, when a simple DM on Instagram changed everything. When Ifeanyi messaged me, I laughed and thought, “Lord, what is this man doing here?” I didn’t expect much—but clearly, heaven had other plans.

​

What began as casual conversation quickly became something intentional. His humor made me laugh, his mind challenged me, and his deep love for God reflected something rare and beautiful. I was curious. Then captivated.

​

As we kept talking, we realized we were both in that “God, I’ve tried—just let me be a rich, single aunty/uncle” phase. But instead of staying there, we found connection, friendship, and a love that felt divinely aligned.

By February 8th, 2024, we were officially courting. Ifeanyi was sure early on—he knew I was the one. I felt the same, but still said, “Let’s meet first, sir.”  When we finally did, it felt like coming home. Every moment since has been confirmation that God truly writes the best love stories.

And now… we can’t wait to begin this new chapter—our forever ever.
